The company was looking for creative ways to achieve their corporate growth objectives and turned to Incentive Solutions for help in developing a diverse range of programs consisting of sales tracking programs, travel incentives and stored value card initiatives

Incentive Solutions worked with the client to develop separate programs for each of the four divisions that incorporated a range of different incentive elements. Using a mix of incentive travel, sales tracking, stored value cards and advertising specialties, Incentive Solutions crafted programs that enabled the client to attain their corporate growth objectives.

Client B is a fourth generation, family owned, manufacturer of residential and commercial flooring. It has consistently been nationally recognized as a genuine leader in product and design accomplishments, as well as operational excellence.
Program Design & Management
The company operated a number of separate and incongruent incentive programs that were managed independently. The goal was to consolidate all the programs and manage them through a single access point
Incentive Solutions worked with our client to appraise their current programs’ objective. Once this was complete, we established common, yet distinctive, objectives for each program managed through a single interface – a custom website that included multiple modules. These modules included: learn and earn, sales tracking, rebate fulfillment, travel incentives and debit cards.
